Now kids do this all the time........which I love :) Sometimes it's a coloring page. Sometimes it's a saved snack (I don't eat those). Sometimes it's an art project that they just made five minutes ago.
Today was a great surprise. One of my kids, Elizabeth, came in and said that she had something for me. She turned around this big poster thing and this is what it was:
This is a picture she had made for me in New York Chinatown. It's absolutley gorgous and was made for me. I love gifts---I love the flip flop key chains from san diego or the post cards from disneyland---all in all that means that a kid is somewhere on vacation thinking of me.
But this was so personal and I was so touched. It totally looks like me......It matches my office and it's so beautiful. Made me feel loved :)
