Who's with me???

I've never been a St Patrick's Day fan.

Probably because it always seems that it means people get drunk and that's not my thing.

Growing up, I spent many a Spring Break at the baseball games. Spring Training to be exact. The Boys & Girls Club use to do all of the concessions for the Spring Training games in Chandler (The Brewers home field)........

Spring Break=Spring Training which equaled green beer. I remember thinking that when I was an adult, I would have a green beer on St Patricks Day.

Now, that I am an adult........that sounds so gross!!!!

I remember one year a boy kept pinching me and I was like I HAVE GREEN EYES SO STOP IT!!!

In the 5th grade, Leprechauns went nuts in our classroom before we arrived and it wasn't really cool to me it was kinda freaky in a bad way.

I'm not Irish. I don't even know anyone that is Irish. I use to know this one lady who was from Ireland but I don't think she's sitting at a baseball game drinking green beer today.

I don't want to wear a button that says I am Irish for the Day Kiss me.......I'm not Irish and I only want you to kiss me if you are single and cute and that's too much to put on a button!

So I say let's be like any other glorious Spring Day today! Don't drink green beer. Don't pinch people and don't freak people out with "Leprechauns" running wild in your space.
