I find that blogging is therapeutic………… .similiar to keeping a diary.

You don’t know where you are going without knowing where you’ve been.

One of the things I’ve been doing is looking at pictures of me over the years.

Perhaps you don’t know this but I am going to do the Lap Band Surgery.

My surgeon is really a weight loss surgeon and he does appendix removals on the side LOL. So I wanted to discuss it with him and after lots of research and a family meeting, it’s so something I want to do. for me.

So I see the difference in who I used to be and who I will be.

I have very few pictures of me in 2011……….I also noticed how as I got bigger, I would “hide” behind people in pics or do this funny lean down thing

I can’t wait to be healthy and skinny :) There’s nothing easy about this if people believe this is an easy way out…..it’s not. It’s going to be very difficult for me and for the people around me but it’s worth it.

I’m worth it.
