So I had surgery...............1st time in my life ever being in the hospital.
I had to have my appendix taken out because it went crazy in my body.............and I learned so many things during the past few days. Here are some of those things:
1. Not every surgeon is as nice and kind as those I see on Grey's Anatomy.
2. I depend too much on my phone.
3. Sometimes you have to talk yourself into going to the doctor.
4. 18 staples is a hell of a lot of staples for someone's belly.
5. My family is amazing and always there for me.
6. Rebecca is my best friend and truly a good friend to me.
7. Apparently I look like I could fall so i had to wear a braclet that said fall risk.........litle did they know, I do fall alot.
8. Surprised by the people I did hear from. Surprised even more by the people who did not contact me or come and visit. Lesson learned.
9. Mercy Gilbert is a great hospital with tons of amazing volunteers who love what they do.
10. I'm feeling so much better and I am so glad I listened to myself that morning.
goodnite :)
