To Catch You Up.....

I feel like I've aged in the past 3 days.

Here's why......

~My Youth Development Director has decided to take early retirement. I'm feeling kinda sad about it. :/

~SPeaking of my yDD, she's been sick the past few days. AS has my front desk manager....so my life has been my job times two other jobs.....

~My baby sister has moved into her new home...

her newlywed home. Makes me feel old but in a good way. And kinda sad....cause the wedding in in like 11 minutes (in Mindy time) or in 38 days in real life (OMG!)

~And then there are my kids......Here's our mission.... "To enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens."............and what happens if they don't become productive, responsible citizens? How are we suppose to feel? Right now I feel

played

I feel like I have given these two boys all of the tools they need to succeed in life. I've invested in them with my time and my energy and my money as they are very talented musicians and I expected huge things from them.

And I feel like they yelled back to their families, to the Club and to me, screw you.

And I have to stay mad....because if Worry Mindy pops up, it gets me nowhere. If I start to feel sorry, Sad Mindy pops up.

So I stay mad. Mad at them for making these huge mistakes. Mad because their families are devistated.
