RevRunWisdom~Simply pushing hard within old boundaries will not do! Make new moves constantly!

My best friend and roommate opens her Boys & Girls Club so she’s up crazy early. And we all know that I am so not a morning girl.

Every morning, my cat ……….wait, you didn’t know I had a cat? Didn’t see like a “cat person”. Exactly right! You know me!!! My ex husband had a cat before I met him. For me, it was on the CONS list for him (having this cat) but that’s a WHOLE other blog! Anyway, as you may (or may not know) I was married for a very short time and in that short time, I really started to like this cat who is very much like a dog. She has a personality and when it’s time to go to bed, I call her and she comes to bed. So here we are, me this not a cat person and TJ (Remember, she was named before she was mine) here we are, ten years later…

Okay so back to the story…so every morning, my cat pushes, fights, cries, yells and jumps on the door of my room to get in. Why? Because it’s closed. Once the door is opened by that best friend, she has no interest in being in there. Once it’s closed, she’s DETERMINED to get in.

So what we are reminded of is this----if we have barriers and obstacles in our way, why don’t we FIGHT to get through them? At first, I was thinking about this and my kids but the more I type, the more I think about this with me.

And then I wake up early (remember that crying, fighting, jumping cat?) and I see Rev Run’s wisdom of the day and it all fits…..

So with that being said (at 6:36 am! Goodness!) have a fabulous day and don’t be afraid to FIGHT for what you want and be loud about it to! Because maybe, when someone hears what you need, they’ll help you by simply opening the door.

Cats. Hmmmmm. Yep, on my 'con' list as well.

I like what you said though about being determined. Go, fight, win.
